Type and Size
Our luxurious, 90 sqm, 3-room apartment is located adjacent to the Junior-Suite Merlot on the upper floor of our small guest house.
Living Room
The living room is open to a fully equipped kitchen (without oven) and includes a seating area with a sofa and two leather armchairs. The 3-meter-wide sliding glass door leads to the loggia/balcony.
Dining Area
The living room is equipped with a glass dining table and 7 chairs.
Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, induction cooker, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additionally, it features everything necessary and proper for cooking and dining, including dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and other essential kitchen utensils.
Bedroom
The two bedrooms are each furnished with a very comfortable double bed (extra-long king-size bed), which can be split into two single beds upon request, as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers made of real wood or a built-in wardrobe. In addition, two air conditioning units provide both cooling and heating. The windows can be darkened with blinds. Both rooms have mosquito nets on one of the opening windows to ensure continuous ventilation.
Bathroom
In addition to the toilet, the washbasin, and the oval stone bathtub (available only in the master bathroom), the two bathrooms also feature a large walk-in shower with a waterfall and hand shower, as well as a radiant heater for pleasant warmth on even the coldest days and nights.
Air Conditioning
In the living room and both bedrooms, a powerful air conditioning system ensures a pleasant room temperature year-round, as it can both cool and heat the air. It can be used spontaneously at high power or preventively with an automatic function. Additionally, both bathrooms are equipped with a radiant heater.
Entertainment
A large, 55” smart TV with a direct internet connection ensures a varied entertainment experience. In addition to accessing various websites, Netflix SA offers free access to movies and series, as well as current international programs (e.g., English, French, Dutch, or Italian) that can be viewed via a live stream service. For entertainment and communication, guests can use the TV as well as a 300 Mbps/150 Mbps Wi-Fi connection (business line with no data limit).
Outdoor Area/Garden, Private
A 3-meter-wide sliding glass door leads to the loggia/balcony (approx. 7 sqm) with a small seating area and two comfortable rocking chairs, as well as an infrared heater for cool evenings.
Outdoor Area/Garden, Communal
Guests have access to the central garden with a large lawn, several seating areas, and sun loungers, as well as the swimming pool.
Swimming Pool
The 45 sqm electrically heated swimming pool, with its approximately 28-degree water temperature, allows for extended stays. It is illuminated at night by several lights below the waterline. In addition to the bath towels provided exclusively for use in the bathrooms, additional bath towels for the pool area are available to our guests in the guesthouse lobby.
Parking
Secure parking is available for one guest vehicle in the courtyard behind the entrance gate.
