Type and Size
The smaller of the two junior suites is 45 square meters in size and is the only apartment located on the ground floor of our guesthouse. The apartment is decorated in an African style, featuring authentic paintings, sculptures, and other traditional elements.
Living Room
The living area features two kitchenettes and a comfortable sofa bed, accompanied by a coffee table. For an additional charge, it can accommodate an extra adult or two children. Double glass doors open to the veranda, providing direct access to the garden and pool.
Dining Area
The living area is equipped with a four-seater dining table.
Kitchen
The kitchen integrated into the living area is equipped with modern appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer, an induction hob, an extractor hood, and a microwave. A kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils, including glasses, dishes, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen essentials, are also provided.
Bedroom
The visually separate sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed (complete with a bed frame and separate mattresses), a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a large mirror. The apartment's windows can be darkened with blinds. Mosquito nets are installed on one of the small windows in the living area and the bathroom.
Bathroom
The bright, Mediterranean-style bathroom features a toilet, a vanity, and a spacious bathtub, as well as a large shower cubicle (accessible via a seat and sturdy grab bar) with an adjustable shower head and a separate handheld showerhead. A heated towel rail provides additional comfort.
Air Conditioning
A powerful air conditioner ensures a comfortable room temperature year-round, as it can cool the air down to 16°C or heat it up to 30 °C. It can be used spontaneously at high power or preventively with an automatic function.
Entertainment
The shelf in front of the double bed houses an internet-enabled 80 cm smart TV. In addition to accessing various websites, guests can watch free films and series on Netflix SA, as well as current German programs via live stream. For entertainment and communication, guests can utilise the TV and enjoy free Wi-Fi with speeds of 300 Mbps/150 Mbps (Business Line, with no data limit).
Outdoor Area/Garden, Private
The living area leads directly to the veranda, which is furnished with a dining table for four and a stone bench with comfortable, thick cushions. A permanently lit wall light, combined with a switchable wall light, provides the perfect lighting. Two infrared heaters ensure a pleasant temperature even on cool nights. The beautiful view of the garden, illuminated at night, can be enjoyed at any time of day.
Outdoor Area/Garden, Communal
Guests have access to the central garden, featuring a large lawn, several seating areas, and sun loungers, as well as the swimming pool. A Weber kettle grill and an open fire pit are available at the stone seating area. A garden swing invites you to relax with a glass of wine and/or a good book.
Swimming Pool
Guests have direct access to the 45 sqm electrically heated swimming pool from the veranda. In addition to the towels provided in the bathroom, extra pool towels are available for use in the entrance hall of the guest house.
Parking
Secure parking is available for one guest vehicle in the courtyard behind the entrance gate.
