A large, 140 cm smart TV with a direct internet connection ensures a diverse range of entertainment options. In addition to accessing various websites, movies and series can be watched free of charge on Netflix SA, and current German programs can be watched via a live stream service. For entertainment and communication, guests can use the TV as well as a 150 Mbps/75 Mbps Wi-Fi connection (Business Line with no data limit).
Outdoor Area/Garden
The villa has three terraces and an inviting area around the swimming pool. The veranda with a barbecue area is ideal for social evenings, while the small terrace off the master bedroom provides a private retreat. Another terrace, adjacent to the dining room, is ideal for a relaxing breakfast outdoors.
Two wide sliding glass doors lead to the approximately 15 m² veranda, which is equipped with a spacious dining table for eight people, a gas grill, an open fire pit, and two infrared heaters for cozy hours even on cooler evenings. The two additional terraces each have a dining table for four people.
The well-kept garden with its expansive lawn and colourful flowerbeds invites you to relax with comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and a swimming pool.
Swimming Pool
The solar-heated swimming pool extends over 40 m² and reaches a depth of up to 2 meters. Several underwater lights gently illuminate the pool, creating a charming atmosphere in the evenings.
In addition to the white towels in the bathrooms, guests are provided with colourful beach towels specifically for the pool area.
Parking
Secure parking is available for up to three guest vehicles in the courtyard behind the entrance gate.
