Type and size
One-room apartment as a small, detached house with 30 square meters of living space. It has its own access from the street and is entirely separate from the rest of the property with the other holiday apartments.
The open living area has a sofa bed (122 cm wide) with a coffee table, which offers a comfortable bed for two children (up to 12 years) or one additional adult.
A dining table for 4 people is right in front of the kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped with the basic utensils (crockery, cutlery, etc.) and an electric stove (2 plates), microwave oven, small refrigerator, sink, kettle, and a coffee machine.
The sleeping area includes a queen-size double bed (152cm wide), bedside tables with lamps and a spacious wardrobe.
The small bathroom with underfloor heating has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin on a granite plate. ·
In the living room/bedroom, a powerful air conditioner ensures a comfortable room temperature all year round. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, which spreads a cosy warmth even in winter.
A large smart TV with a screen diagonal of 127 cm, which is directly connected to the Internet, ensures varied entertainment. In addition to access to various Internet sites, films and series can be viewed free of charge on Netflix SA and current German programs can be viewed via a live stream service. In addition to the television, guests can also use a 200mbps / 100mbps fast WiFi connection to the Internet for entertainment and communication (without a data limit).
Outdoor seating area, private
A wide sliding glass door leads to the private, non-visible patio and a small garden (approx. 60 sqm) with seating, sun loungers, parasols, Weber kettle grill and a huge awning. The guests have access to the main garden with a lawn, several seating areas and a 45sqm solar-heated swimming pool.
The guests have access to the 45 sqm solar-heated swimming pool via the entrance hall of the guest house, which is illuminated at night with several lamps under the waterline. In addition to the provision of towels in the bathrooms, extra towels are available for the pool area.
One of the guest's vehicles can be safely parked in one of the double garages with direct access to the cottage.
An electronic alarm system with motion detectors and a connection to a security service secures the entire outdoor area at night (without the involvement of the guest). In addition, the guest can switch on additional motion detectors around the cottage.
