Type and Size
The 62 m² two-room house is located on an 850 m² property in Lower Constantia, right next to our Cottage Sauvignon – but completely separate.
Living Room
The living room combines the dining area, TV corner with a sofa bed, workspace, and the open, fully equipped kitchen. Two wide sliding glass doors let in plenty of daylight and open directly onto the patio. A centrally placed 80 cm smart TV ensures top-notch entertainment.
Dining Room
The dining area is seamlessly integrated into the living room and features a round table with four chairs, positioned right in front of the open kitchen.
Kitchen
The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge-freezer combination, gas stove with an extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Additionally, it comes with everything needed for cooking and dining, such as dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and various kitchen utensils.
Laundry Facilities
The house is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, neatly stored in a wall niche in the living room next to the open-plan kitchen.
Home Office
Right behind the entrance door, there is a practical office area with a desk, separated from the living space by a bookshelf.
Bedrooms
The bedroom features a built-in wardrobe and two single beds with side tables, which can either be used separately or combined into a double bed. Blackout curtains and roller blinds ensure a restful night's sleep, while a mosquito net on one of the windows provides extra protection.
Bathrooms
The elegantly designed en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, separated by a large glass panel. A stylish washbasin and an oval stone bathtub add a touch of luxury.
Heating and Air Conditioning
For cozy warmth on colder days, a cast iron wood-burning fireplace is installed next to the dining table in the living room. Additionally, high-performance air conditioning units in the office and bedroom ensure comfortable temperatures year-round, providing both cooling and heating options—available on high power or automatic mode.
Entertainment
An 80 cm Smart-TV with direct internet access offers a variety of entertainment options. Guests can enjoy movies and series for free on Netflix SA, as well as live-streaming of current international programs. A high-speed 150 Mbps/75 Mbps WiFi connection (fibre line with no data limit) is also available for communication and internet access.
Outdoor Area / Garden
The 15 m² patio is furnished with a dining table for four people, a sun umbrella, and a Weber charcoal grill. Surrounded by flower beds and East Asian sculptures, it provides a serene retreat.
Swimming Pool
There is no access to a swimming pool.
Parking
A secure parking space is available for the guest’s vehicle on the right side of the courtyard behind the entrance gate.
