Our 90sqm 3-room apartment is on the upper floor of our small guest house.
The living room is furnished with leather seating and flows smoothly into a fully equipped, open kitchen. The large sliding glass door leads to the loggia, from which one has an impressive view of the garden and the swimming pool, and the 3 meters long, knee-high window offers an unobstructed view of the back of Table Mountain.
The dining table with 5 chairs is integrated into the living room.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has modern kitchen appliances such as fridge/freezer, induction hob and microwave oven, as well as everything else that is necessary and useful, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine (only for stays of at least 7 days).
The two bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable double beds (king size in extra length) and wardrobes in natural wood or built-in wardrobes. In addition, air conditioning systems ensure both cooling and warming of the room. The windows can be darkened with blinds. There are mosquito nets on the small opening windows.
In the two bathrooms, next to the toilet and the vanity, there is a huge walk-in shower with a flood shower and a hand shower. Only a pane of glass separates the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. Radiant heaters and a heated towel rail offer additional luxurious comfort. There is also a very chic natural stone bathtub in the "African-Flair" bathroom en-suite to the master bedroom.
In the living room and in the two bedrooms, powerful air conditioning units ensure the desired room temperature in both summer and winter.
In the living room, a large smart TV with a screen diagonal of 143 cm, which is directly connected to the Internet, provides the desired entertainment. In addition to access to various Internet sites, films and series can be viewed free of charge on Netflix SA and current German programs can be viewed via a live stream service.
In addition to the television, guests can also use a 200mbps / 100mbps fast WiFi connection to the Internet for entertainment and communication.
Outdoor seating area, private
The living room leads directly to the loggia with outdoor seating. Dimmable ceiling lamps provide the desired atmosphere at night, UV radiant heaters ensure a pleasant temperature even on cool nights. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden around the clock.
The guests have access to the 45sqm solar-heated swimming pool via the entrance hall of the guest house. In addition to the provision of towels in the bathrooms, extra towels are available for the pool area.
A secure parking space is available on the property behind the main gate for one vehicle belonging to the guest.
