One-Room-Apartment ("studio"), open-plan kitchen, 1 bathroom, veranda
Type and size
Our 45 sqm, "smaller" junior suite is on the ground floor of the guest house. The apartment is decorated in an African style with corresponding pictures, sculptures and other things.
Living area
Two kitchen lines are integrated into the living area and a comfortable sofa bed with a couch table. An additional adult or two children can sleep well here. The double glass door leads to the veranda, from which you have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool,
Dining area
The living area is equipped with a 4-seat dining table.
Kitchenettes
The open, fully equipped kitchenettes integrated into the living area contain modern kitchen appliances such as a large fridge/freezer combination, induction cooker, extractor hood and microwave oven, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and everything "necessary and useful" such as glasses, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils.
Bedroom
The optically separated sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed (king-size, separate mattresses) and a wardrobe made of real wood, bedside tables, and a large mirror. The windows in the apartment can be darkened with blinds. There are mosquito nets on one of the small vent windows in the living area and in the bathroom.
Bathroom
In addition to the toilet, washbasin and long bathtub, the bright, Mediterranean-style bathroom also has a spacious shower cubicle (wheelchair-friendly, with a seat and sturdy handle) with a variable shower rose and separate hand shower, as well as a heated towel rail for extra comfort.
Air conditioning
A powerful air conditioner ensures the desired room temperature in both summer and winter.
Entertainment
In the cupboard in front of the double bed is a smart TV connected to the Internet with a screen diagonal of 80 cm. In addition to access to various Internet sites, films and series can be viewed free of charge on Netflix SA and current German programs can be viewed via a live stream service. In addition to the television, guests can also use a 200mbps / 100mbps fast WiFi connection to the Internet for entertainment and communication (no data limit).
Outdoor seating area, private
The living area leads directly to the veranda with outdoor seating and a stone bench with thick cushions. Two wall lamps ensure a cosy atmosphere at night, and UV radiant heaters ensure a pleasant temperature even on cool nights. The beautiful view of the garden, which is illuminated at night, can be enjoyed around the clock.
Swimming pool
The guests have direct access to the 45 sqm solar-heated swimming pool from the veranda. In addition to the provision of towels in the bathroom, extra towels are available for the pool area.
Parking
A secure parking space is available on the property behind the main gate for one of the guest's vehicles.
