Two-storey 3-room house with 80 square meters of living space

Living room

The living room on the ground floor is furnished with leather seating, a coffee table, a 6-seater dining table, and a 127cm Smart TV. It flows smoothly into the open kitchen. On the other side is the large veranda with a terrace and garden.

Dining area

There is a dining table with 5 chairs in the living room.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living room, has a granite worktop and, in addition to everything necessary and valuable (crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, glasses, etc.), it also has an additional tap for filtered drinking water. The essential equipment with coffee machine, kettle and microwave oven is supplemented by high-quality kitchen appliances, i.e. large fridge/freezer combination, induction cooker with extractor hood, oven and dishwasher. In addition, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for guests staying at least 7 days.

Bedroom

Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a double bed (king size extra length, 184 cm wide, individual mattresses), closet and dressing table, and a second, smaller bedroom with a French bed (queen size, 152 cm wide), wardrobe and desk. The windows can be darkened with blinds. There are mosquito nets on the small opening windows. Both bedrooms are en-suite to the same bathroom.

Bathroom

The chic bathroom is equipped with design elements. It includes an oval corner bathtub, a free-standing washbasin, a corner toilet, a large, frameless shower cubicle with a flood shower, and a separate hand shower. An additional guest toilet is located in the basement.

Air conditioning

The living room is equipped with underfloor heating under the stone tile floor, enabling a constant room temperature even in winter. In the large bedroom, a powerful air conditioner ensures the desired cooling on hot summer days.

Entertainment

A large smart TV with a screen diagonal of 127 cm in the living room, which is directly connected to the Internet, provides the desired entertainment. In addition to access to various Internet sites, films and series can be viewed free of charge on Netflix SA and current German programs can be viewed via a live stream service. In addition to the television, guests can also use a 200mbps / 100mbps fast WiFi connection to the Internet for entertainment and communication (without a data limit).

Outdoor seating area, private

The living room leads to the 45 square meter veranda, which is followed by the 20 square meter terrace. In addition to a Weber charcoal grill and the 6-seater dining table, guests can also use sun loungers and a large parasol in this large outdoor living area. The outdoor lighting ensures a pleasant atmosphere at night, and the UV radiant heaters ensure a pleasant temperature even on cool nights. The adjoining garden is only a few meters from the main garden with a garden swing, sun loungers with large parasols, and a swimming pool.

Swimming pool

The guests have direct access via their private garden to the 45 sqm solar-heated swimming pool, which is illuminated at night with several lamps under the waterline. In addition to the provision of towels in the bathrooms, extra towels are available for the pool area.

Parking

A secure parking space is available in a double garage for one guest vehicle, through which our guests can access the veranda and the house entrance.
