Booking requirements
Confirmation of Booking / Cancellation Terms
Bookings will be officially confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total rent is paid. The remaining 50% MUST be paid into the Landlord's account latest two weeks prior to arrival.
In case of the booking being canceled during the rental period or with a no show the following rules apply (= Percentage of total amount of rental which is not refundable):
100% - No Show or earlier Check-Out
100% - Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival
50% - Cancellation within 15 - 60 days prior to arrival
25% - Cancellation within 61 - 120 days prior to arrival
10% - Earlier than 120 days prior to arrival
Discounts and Surcharges
Our prices differ from Low to High and Peak Season and apply to certain booking times (length of stay), e.g. 1-2 days, 3-13 days (standard duration), 14-41 days, 42-89 days or 90 days/nights and longer. The daily rates for stays of 14 nights and more are lower than the standard rates. For shorter stays of less than 3 nights the daily rates are higher than the standard rates. Please enquire about daily cost for stays of 91 days/nights and longer.
We offer special discounts to repeaters (from second stay onwards) and regular guests (from fourth stay onwards).
Extra person in room (occupation more than standard):
Adults
We can only accommodate an additional person in units which are fitted with a sofa-bed or have got a third bedroom. These will be prepared proper and are available at surcharge.
An extra person, means an additional guest, must be applied for in time and the extra rent paid in advance. It is strictly forbidden to allow persons that have not been authorized to stay overnight, no matter, in which way! At non-compliance 50% of the daily rent will be due per person for immediate payment.
Children
No extra costs will be charged for a maximum of two children up to the age of 2 years (<3) sleeping in a baby cot which we provide free of charge.
For children aged 3-12 (<13) sleeping on a sofa-bed we charge 50% of the adult rate.
Payment Methods
Please pay into our bank account via EFT, free of charge for us, or via credit card. We accept VISA or MasterCard. Cash payment only by special arrangement. Please note that debit cards and cheques are not accepted.
Arrival and Departure
Check-IN: Not before 2:00pm and not later than 8:00pm on the day of arrival
Check-OUT: Not before 07:00am and not later than 11:00am on the day of departure
On special arrangement we can accommodate our guests and work out an individual check-in or check-out time if possible for us. This of course also depends on the arrival or departure time of the previous and/or following guests, as we have to allow for a fair amount of time in order to have the units thoroughly cleaned.
