Lounge

The living area of the bungalow consists of three parts which flow into one another, the kitchen with kitchen bar, the dining room and the living room with TV and leather seating group. The large paintings by the South African artist Arnold give this room a very special flair. From here you can go through the sliding glass door to the patio and just a few steps further to the swimming pool.

Kitchen / Dining Section

The modern, very lovely kitchen is built open style and with the kitchen bar goes straight into the living and dining room areas. The landlord and guests can enjoy this space and can enjoy a very social evening with a glass of wine or can watch the cook preparing tasty dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and that makes cooking so much more pleasant. Electric oven, hot air oven, microwave, electric weighing scales, deep fryer, bread machine, coffee machine (Saeco) fridge and freezer, drinks fridge are all available. There is a scullery seperate from the kitchen where everything can be cleaned, a double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer as well as a large drink fridge.

Bedrooms

Two double bedrooms are available, both mit en suite bathrooms. The double beds have very thick comfortable matrasses which guarantee a good nights sleep (the pictures here show the master bedroom). There is an extra sofa bed in the second bedroom which can sleep a third adult or two children. Both rooms are equipped with satelite TV and internet connection.

Bathrooms

Both en suite bathrooms are equipped with high quality fittings and have a shower cabin as well as a bathtub. Floor heating is provided. For the guests there is a toilet, that is to say another bathroom with toilet, shower cabin and long bathtub as well as an extra seperate toilet. The pictures here show the bathroom belonging to the master bedroom.

Special Equipment

The whole cottage is equipped with satelite TV with reception for several English channels and one German receiver with RTL, SAT1, ARD, ZDF, Pro7, 3Sat and DW). Apart from that there is internet access in all bedrooms, there is a small charge for an ADSL line. There are televisions in the living and dining room as well as in the small office space and in both bedrooms. A safe is available in the fitted cupboard of the bedrooms.

Outdoor

The outside area consists of a large patio with an elegant, very comfortable sofa seating group and a 10 place dining table directly next the 40sqm heated swimming pool with a great view over the lush garden with a water fountain feature and this is lit at nighttime. Seperate guest toilet.

Parking

Secure parking on the protected property, two parking spaces are available in the double garage.
