Roomy, two levelled house with its own garden and patio with barbeque. The living area on the ground floor consists of a leather lounge suite with satellite TV, dining room area and open completely equipped kitchen with. Guest toilet. On the second floor you will find both bedrooms, both with direct access to the same smart bathroom. Burglar alarm with connection to armed response. Secure parking in a double garage.
Lounge
The living room is situated on the ground floor together with the kitchen, dining area and guest toilet. It is furnished with a leather suite with wicker chairs, a low table, a sideboard, and a floor lamp. You have a good view of the television from all the chairs.
  Kitchen / Dining Section
The spacious kitchen is completely equipped with electric cooker (4 plates ) convection hood, fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave as well as toaster and coffee machine. A double sink with movable spray head makes kitchen work easier. In the numerous drawers and compartments you can find all utensils such as cutlery, pots, crockery and glasses. Additionally there are other kitchen appliances. The kitchen table has 4 chairs and a large cupboard with glass doors.
  Bedrooms
On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has two windows on the East Side, sunrise, and a double glass door looking over the garden. It is equipped with a large double bed, two bedside tables, a glass table, wicker chair, a stool and a spacious wardrobe. The smaller bedroom contains one Queen-Size-Bed and one single bed with bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have their own access to the same bathroom.
  Bathroom
The very smart bathroom is equipped with designer pieces and consists of a corner bathtub, washbasin, corner toilet and a large see through glass shower cabin with a fixed as well as seperate shower head. There is a separate guest toilet downstairs.
  Special Equipment
The whole house is covered with ceramic tiles with underfloor central heating, apart from the guest toilet. We can receive 7 German TV satellite channels, please see TV and Internet page. There is a television in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. There is a built in safe in the wardrobe of the master bedroom. There is a water filter feature for drinkable water, a second smaller tap.
  Outdoor
An individual own garden belongs to the cottage with lawn and sun area, sun chairs and sun umbrella, to seat 4 people and a grill. It is only a few metres away from the solar powered heated swimming pool.
  Parking
The cottage has its own access to the road. The guests can go straight from the garage to the entrance of their house.
