"Friston Lodge"

Friston lodge is situated in the Cape Town suburb of Newlands, very near indeed to the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and is not far from the Constantia Village Shopping Centre, Cecilia Forest (Table Mountain Contour Path) the fitness studio of the Sports Science Institute and Virgin Active as well as Newlands Rugby Grounds.

Friston Lodge offers its guests a double bedroom with bathroom right by the swimming pool as well as an appartment with a view of the large luscious garden. Both holiday accommodation appartments have an en suite bathroom which are equipped with a large bathtub and shower. There is a satelite TV with English programmes and internet access for those guests who need it.

From the seating area outside which you can use for breakfast and for barbeques you have a great view over the garden and you can enjoy a swim in the heated but refreshing swimming pool.

In the nearby situated Constantia Valley there are two golf courses, Steenberg Golf Club and Westlake Golf Club, the famous Constantia Wine Route and several really great restaurants. Friston Lodge is very centrally located, about 20 minutes away from the Cape Town airport, the V & A Waterfront and Table Mountain funicular as well as from Muizenberg Beach, trendy Kalk Bay and Simons Town with the famous penguin colony is 40 minutes away.
